A skilled nursing facility is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. A skilled nursing facility is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
