Full-time Position Available as Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility

A skilled nursing facility is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. We see a wide range of orthopedic conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, balance, wound care, and many more. Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Salary:
  • $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
