Full-time Physical Therapist Position Available

Join our dynamic outpatient clinic as a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing effective hands-on therapy. Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functionality.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Texas state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as Physical Therapist in an Orthopedic Outpatient Setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Salary:
  • $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
