What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide holistic and compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families on exercise and health maintenance practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR software is an asset.
