Physical Therapist Needed.

A physical therapist with full-time hours is needed for an orthopedic outpatient center.
In order to help patients restore their complete range of motion, we are now searching for a dedicated, full-time physical therapist to work with them as a valued companion. Providing the highest quality of life and range of mobility in various circumstances, including intervention, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and rehabilitation, will be one of your duties. Join our team, which comprises two physical therapists and one PTA, as we prioritize patient care.

Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
  • Manage a patient caseload of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
  • Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
  • Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
  • Thoroughly document patient care services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
  • Specialization or experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
