Position Available: Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are excited to welcome a dedicated Physical Therapist to our orthopedic outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will perform thorough evaluations of patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate healing and reduce the risk of future injuries. Your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal recovery outcomes and enhance their overall well-being.

Salary: $105,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients an hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents’ physical capabilities and limitations through detailed assessments, using standardized tools to identify specific needs.
  • Develops treatment plans tailored to each patient’s functional abilities.
  • Evaluates and treats patients with muscular, skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, individualized care.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active California State license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (WebPT)
