Role Overview: You will be in charge of evaluating, creating, and carrying out customized treatment programs for a wide range of patients in this role. In order to provide compassionate care and carry out specialized interventions that address the individual needs of each patient, your clinical abilities will be crucial. You will help patients reach their goals and enhance their general quality of life by guiding them through their rehabilitation process.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate functional abilities and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding therapeutic exercises and preventive strategies.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
