Job Description: In this powerful role, you will assess, create, and implement personalized treatment programs for people of all ages and backgrounds. Your expertise will be crucial in helping people get over challenges, restore their mobility, and generally enhance their quality of life.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting detailed evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs.
• Developing and applying personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Educating patients and families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Keeping accurate records of treatment interventions and patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
