Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s unique pain profile and functional limitations. You will create individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans and apply targeted therapeutic interventions to address specific patient needs. Your compassionate, evidence-based approach will guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, empowering them with the knowledge and support necessary to achieve optimal health and well-being.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff, fostering a cohesive, patient-centered approach to care within our modern outpatient clinic.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 a year depending on experience full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7 am - 6 pm (4) 10 Hour Shifts
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Medicare Part A & B and Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
  • Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
  • Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Washington State license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., Rain Tree).
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
  • Good Exercise Design and Manual Therapy Skills
