Salary Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess each patient’s functional abilities and craft individualized treatment plans focused on their specific goals.
• Implement interventions to enhance mobility and alleviate pain, prioritizing the overall health and wellness of each patient.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights to provide comprehensive care for every individual.
• Guide patients and their families on exercises and prevention strategies, helping them feel empowered in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
