Job Description: Assessing and implementing customized treatment regimens for patients recovering from a range of illnesses will be your responsibility. Your clinical expertise will enable you to design and carry out tailored intervention programs that address each patient's particular needs, promoting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Will Do:

  • Assess patients’ functional capabilities to design customized treatment plans.
  • Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective home care and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain precise documentation of treatment progress and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with EMR software preferred.
