Full-Time Physical Therapist

Step into a rewarding role as a Physical Therapist at our orthopedic outpatient clinic. You’ll work directly with patients to manage chronic pain, restore mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. This is an opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, delivering evidence-based care that makes a lasting impact.

Position Details:

  • Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 a year
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of physical conditions, mobility, and functional capabilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Apply hands-on techniques to alleviate pain, improve function, and optimize outcomes.
  • Regularly assess progress and make adjustments to ensure effective rehabilitation.
  • Coordinate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals for holistic care.
  • Document treatment plans and updates using EMR software (e.g., WebPT).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Solid manual therapy skills and a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices.
  • Proficiency with EMR software, such as WebPT.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and engagement.
