Full-Time Physical Therapist – Enhance Lives in Assisted Living

Are you passionate about improving the lives of seniors? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an Assisted Living Facility. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help residents regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with a supportive healthcare team.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with full benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Patient Load: 7 patients per day (35 patients per week)

What You'll Do:

• Assess residents' physical abilities and create individualized therapy plans that promote progress.
• Provide hands-on therapy to relieve pain and improve movement.
• Work with families to develop home exercise programs that continue resident recovery.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain organized documentation that highlights residents' progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in the field.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR software (WebPT preferred).
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
