Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions to determine their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises designed to promote recovery and increase overall physical abilities.
• Utilize hands-on techniques to reduce pain and support long-term healing.
• Continuously monitor and update treatment plans to ensure patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply!
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience with EMR software, such as WebPT.
• A clean professional record, free of disciplinary or board actions.
