Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s physical condition and mobility challenges.
  • Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on patients' needs and functional goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to build strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Provide hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure holistic care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active WA State Physical Therapist license.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy (new grads are welcome to apply).
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Clean professional record (no disciplinary actions or board actions).
