Join Our Women's Health Physical Therapy Team!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women through specialized care? We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing on women’s health, pelvic health, and orthopedic rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity to work exclusively with women, providing personalized care to help them achieve their best health and well-being.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 short days and 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related issues, postpartum recovery, incontinence, and general orthopedic concerns.
  • Provide specialized therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with OB-GYNs, urologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Educate and empower patients on preventive measures, pain management, and lifestyle modifications to improve long-term health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
  • Work closely with Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Specialized training in Women’s Health/Pelvic Health Physical Therapy.
  • Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pre/postnatal care, incontinence, or related women’s health conditions, as well as general orthopedic conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with the team.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year
