Full-Time Physical Therapist – Join Our Orthopedic Team in Somerset, NJ

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Somerset, NJ. This is your chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can help individuals regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve long-term recovery.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ mobility and functional challenges to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain and improve functional ability.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-focused care.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, recovery strategies, and preventive measures to support sustained well-being.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist License.
  • 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome).
  • Strong manual therapy skills and understanding of rehabilitation techniques.
  • Proficient in using EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and engagement.
