Full-time Physical Therapist in San Antonio, Texas

We are looking for full-time physical therapists to join our exclusive network who will provide high-quality and clinically validated care in a work-from-home setting via our virtual physical therapy platform. This evidence-based program will be offered to patients through their health plan and will enable physical therapists to support patient recovery using a high-touch, convenient communication platform and tools.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determines a physical therapy treatment plan, selects and administers manual exercises, utilizes appropriate assistive and supportive devices.
  • Encourages and assists the patient in performing therapeutic physical activities, provides patient, family, and caregiver education and instruction in home exercise programs.
  • Administers physical therapy treatments, directs and monitors treatment given by paraprofessionals and support personnel, provides follow-up clinical direction and guidance.
  • Evaluates effects of physical therapy, observes and notes patients response and progress, recommends adjustments and modifications.
  • Participates in ongoing mentorship program, serves as preceptor as requested.
  • Assists in monitoring of quality assurance indicators. May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Physical therapy licensure in good standing
  • Must be able to accommodate 4 to 5 patients a day
  • Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated after 2002).
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002).
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years' experience in a relevant role.
