Full-time Physical Therapist in Ventura, California

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team. As part of our practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physical therapy services, helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties :

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Create individualized rehabilitation programs based on patient goals, condition, and progress.
  • Provide a range of physical therapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Educate patients on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Empower patients with the knowledge to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Track patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Keep detailed records of treatment sessions and progress notes in accordance with clinic standards.
  • Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, providing encouragement, support, and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
