Physical Therapist in Lodi, California – Full-time opportunity

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs and create customized treatment plans that will help them regain strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.
  • Create individualized rehabilitation programs based on patient goals, condition, and progress.
  • Motivate your patients by tracking their progress, celebrating small victories, and adapting treatment plans to achieve long-term wellness.
  • Provide valuable guidance and tools to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health outside of the clinic and continue their progress at home.
  • Engage in regular team collaborations, learning from each other and striving for continual improvement as a practice.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You have a Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • You possess Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Experienced in pediatrics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
  • You have Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
