Full-time Physical Therapist in Modesto, California

We’re searching for a Physical Therapist in an Assisted Living Facility to join our growing team. As part of our practice, you’ll be a key player in helping patients unlock a life free from pain and limitations.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties :

  • Evaluate patients to create custom rehabilitation plans tailored to their goals and needs. Use evidence-based practices to treat and manage musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
  • Work with patients through every phase of their recovery, from acute injury management to advanced rehabilitation, ensuring they stay on track and motivated.
  • Teach patients vital skills for self-care and injury prevention, equipping them with strategies to maintain their health well after their treatments are complete.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, communicating regularly with physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Keep detailed patient records and track progress to continuously adjust treatment strategies, ensuring the best results possible.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, providing encouragement, support, and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
