Full-time Physical Therapist in Bergenfield, New Jersey

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance function and recovery.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 Patients per Hour

Job Duties:

• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform thorough evaluations to assess patient’s physical conditions, range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Hands-On Therapy & Modalities: Implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other rehabilitation techniques to restore function.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in physical therapy
• Proficient knowledge of Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
