Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist in Green Valley area of Henderson, NV

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist to work across multiple locations in the Green Valley area of Henderson, NV. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys a diverse caseload and the opportunity to work with different teams while ensuring quality of care.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 Hours/Week, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

• Travel between 1-2 clinic locations in the Green Valley area to provide patient care as needed
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and self-management techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in an Orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery
• Ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and patient caseloads
