Full-time Physical Therapist in Silver Springs, Nevada

We are seeking a skilled Professional Physical Therapist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be helping patients in recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

• Perform detailed evaluations of patients' physical function, strength, and mobility.
• Use advanced diagnostic techniques to determine treatment needs
• Create personalized therapy programs designed to restore function and reduce pain.
• Utilize a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and specialized modalities
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Work closely with physicians, case managers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless rehabilitation process.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in an Orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
