Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) - Bakersfield, California

Are you a skilled Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity in an orthopedic outpatient setting? Join our Team in treating patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a supportive team of clinical excellence.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
  • Implement a variety of evidence-based techniques to restore function and reduce pain
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, injury prevention, and proper biomechanics to optimize long-term health outcomes
  • Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current and valid California Physical Therapist License
  • Strong manual therapy skills and a passion for helping patients reach their full potential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices
  • Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
