Staff Physical Therapist Opportunity in Fort Collins, Colorado
We are looking for Staff Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office. Your role will include patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure top-tier care.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Create individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with referring physicians.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in patient treatment while adhering to state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Build professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or license eligibility.
• Strong focus on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Experience with WebPT EMR is a plus.
