We are hiring for a Full-Time Staff Physical Therapist position at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. This role involves evaluating patients, implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans, coordinating with referring physicians as needed.
• Provide oversight to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure compliance with state practice standards.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records in line with clinic policies.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to track progress and address challenges.
• Establish strong working relationships with patients, their families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• A team player committed to high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software is beneficial.
