Full-time Staff Physical Therapist in Denver, Colorado

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate patients: Review medical history and referrals, and observe patients moving
  • Diagnose movement issues: Listen to patients and observe them moving
  • Create treatment plans: Develop individualized plans that include goals and expected outcomes
  • Teach exercises: Coach patients on therapeutic exercises and stretches
  • Provide hands-on therapy: Use massage, hot packs, ice, and electrical stimulation to relieve pain and improve movement
  • Educate patients: Advise patients and their families on recovery and how to cope with challenges
  • Monitor progress: Evaluate and record patient progress, and modify treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a Masters Degree of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Colorado State Licensure (PTA)
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
  • A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
  • A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
