Staff Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | Deerfield Beach, FL

About the Role:

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join an Orthopedic Outpatient office in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role focuses on helping patients regain mobility and function through expert evaluations, tailored treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Accurately document patient care and billing per clinic standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and well-equipped therapy environment.
• Stay up to date with best practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• Patient-centered approach with strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
