Floater Physical Therapist in Green Valley area of Boulder City, NV

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist to work across multiple locations in the Green Valley area of Henderson, NV. Physical therapist floaters can work in a variety of specialties, including aquatics, sports medicine, neuro, pelvic, concussion, and hand therapy

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 Hours/Week, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

• Travel between 1-2 clinic locations in the Green Valley area to provide patient care as needed
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete required training and maintain compliance with regulations
• Establish diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and other parties
• Participate in center meeting

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in an Orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery
• Ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and patient caseloads
