Hiring! Sports Physical Therapist – Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Outpatient Office in Boulder City, Nevada

Our growing team is seeking a Full-Time Sports PT for our location in Nevada. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance function and recovery.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patient visits a we

Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote healing and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
• Create strength and conditioning programs for general fitness, sports performance, and return to sport.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada
• Experience in physical therapy, sports performance, and strength and conditioning
• EXCELLENT communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment including other sports therapists, strength & conditioning specialists, nutritionists, and physicians
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and going above and beyond for patient success and outcomes
• Interest in participating in advanced continuing education including certifications, residency, and fellowship training through IAR Education Systems
