Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) - Beverly Hills, California

Are you a skilled Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity in an orthopedic outpatient setting? Join our Team and you will have the unique opportunity to help our patient rehabilitate with the intended result of the original bodily performance.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Provides comprehensive compliant and safe clinical care demonstrating the philosophy of family care, a commitment to the achievement of optimal patient outcomes in alignment with the standards of practice of their professional organization.
  • Works with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care to meet the needs of pediatric patients and their families.
  • Functions as a team member and develops leadership skills through activities such as mentoring, and providing education to students and other professionals.
  • Supports the ongoing development and improvement of the department through participation in special projects, performance improvement, and facility committees.
  • Responsible for professional growth and development through ongoing education and research in alignment with the hospital’s patient care and strategic direction.
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge in changes related to the scope of practice, coding/billing practices, compliant documentation, and any other knowledge related to the compliant practice in a revenue cycle environment.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current and valid California Physical Therapist License
  • Strong manual therapy skills and a passion for helping patients reach their full potential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices
  • Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
