Staff Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | Fort Collins, CO

We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.
• Foster professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to support a positive care environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with WebPT EMR is preferred but not required.
