Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in an Orthopedic Outpatient office in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, you will work closely with patients, guiding them through their journey to regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and maximize their physical potential. Through a comprehensive approach encompassing assessment, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing movement capabilities and overall well-being.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat 1-2 patients per hour, tailoring care to their specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate records in WebPT.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to patient success.
• Ability to foster a positive and encouraging rehabilitation experience.
