Part-time Physical Therapist in Federal Way, Washington

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) in a flexible Part-time position for our Orthopedic Outpatient Practice. As a Physical Therapist, you will specialize in sports medicine, post-surgical rehab, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-7:30 PM; 3 days/week)

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical cases, and sports injuries
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients on proper movement mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Stay updated on best practices in orthopedic physical therapy

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in an Orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
