Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | California

A full-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist in our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Walnut Creek, California. This role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and optimize function through targeted therapy and personalized rehabilitation programs.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, treating 1–2 patients per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance movement and pain management.
• Adapt treatment plans according to patient progress and clinical outcomes.
• Document patient care in WebPT and coordinate with medical professionals.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication skills to foster patient engagement.
