Physical Therapist – Restore Movement & Function | California

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Mountain View, California. This full-time role involves guiding patients through customized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall function.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually + Full Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with 1–2 patients per hour in a focused, individualized setting.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed patient records in WebPT and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California PT license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical reasoning and a hands-on approach to rehabilitation.
• Ability to engage and motivate patients throughout their recovery.
