Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Rehab

Job Description:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing orthopedic outpatient team in Sunnyvale, CA. This position is focused on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients recover strength, mobility, and independence.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Treat 1-2 patients per hour in a structured outpatient setting.
• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized therapy plans.
• Monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and document treatments.
• Provide guidance on exercises and techniques to aid long-term recovery.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California PT license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster patient engagement and adherence.
