Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Practice

We’re hiring a physical therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Jose, CA. If you have at least two years of experience and want to work in a well-supported environment, this opportunity is for you. Competitive salary and full benefits included!

Experience is preferred but not required. A structured mentorship program is available to help you succeed.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, treating 1–2 patients per hour in an outpatient setting.
• Assess patient conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
• Apply physical therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
• Document treatment progress accurately using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care routines.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet patient needs.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
