Physical Therapist Needed in Corpus Christi, Texas

Looking to hire a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our new outpatient clinic as a Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and providing hands-on therapy to facilitate recovery.

Salary is $90,000-$105,000 per year

Full benefits. CME: $1,500 per year M-F 9 AM- 5 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

You will work in an orthopedic practice providing care to a wide range of patients which will include athletes and adults, with a wide range of pathologies from spine to extremities and jaw. In this setting, you will be working with patients from the initial date of injury, post-operative, to patients suffering from chronic pathologies.

Patients will be seen one-on-one without the use of techs or aides.

Physical Therapists will see one patient per hour.

Mentorship from a fellowship-trained therapist in a formal mentorship program.

This quality time will help to improve clinical reasoning and ensure quality care with each patient. One-on-one mentorship will be provided by an orthopedic-trained therapist throughout the first year of employment. Strong emphasis will be placed on patient-centered communication, differential diagnosis, reassessment, and reflection to provide the best outcomes for each patient.
