Are you a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) looking for an opportunity in an Orthopedic Outpatient Office? Join our Team providing one-on-one, personalized treatment plans to optimize our patients' recovery and overall well-being.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate each patient’s condition, determine the best course of treatment, and develop personalized therapy plans that incorporate both short- and long-term goals
  • Use a range of evidence-based techniques to help patients overcome their physical challenges, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like heat, cold, and ultrasound therapy
  • Stay actively involved in your patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and offering support throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Teach patients about their conditions, provide home exercise programs, and empower them to take charge of their recovery
  • Track patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Keep detailed records of treatment sessions and progress notes in accordance with clinic standards
  • Work alongside other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated, whole-body approach to patient care
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, providing encouragement, support, and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices
  • Experience in sports rehabilitation, post-surgical care, or chronic pain management
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
