Now Hiring: Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Outpatient clinic in Monroeville, New Jersey

We are seeking Physical therapists who are skilled in or interested in growing in outpatient orthopedics. Your role will include conducting physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)
Patient Volume: 4 to 5 patients a day

What You’ll Do:

  • Performs comprehensive evaluations that include but are not limited to the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, integumentary, and cardiovascular systems, and the patient's functional status
  • Establishes therapeutic agendas based on the patient's age, identified deficits, and expressed goals.
  • Solve complex problems related to physical therapy, adapting, and modifying treatment plans, activities, and procedures to meet the needs of the patient with complex disabilities, including assisting with discharge planning and ensuring follow-up care.
  • Evaluate patient's needs for assistive devices, and adaptive appliances, recommend adjustments for prosthetic/orthotic devices, and make minor adjustments to obtain maximal functional benefits.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Graduate from an approved School of Physical Therapy
  • Licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of New Jersey
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • 1+ years full-time experience as a PT I treating pediatric patients
  • Broad knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices and patient care policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain a therapeutic and professional demeanor
