Physical Therapist Assistant in Oakland, California

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you are responsible for the evaluation of mobility, strength, and level of function.

About the position:
Full-Time Opportunity
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

Job Duties:
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement effective therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and engage in professional development activities to stay updated on industry best practices

Requirements:
* Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist desired
* Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
* General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
* Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
* Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
* Excellent written and verbal communication
