Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. In this full-time role, you will provide personalized, evidence-based care to help patients recover from orthopedic injuries and conditions. You’ll treat a diverse patient population, including post-surgical individuals, athletes, and active adults, guiding them through tailored rehabilitation plans to restore mobility, strength, and function.
You will work one-on-one with patients without the use of techs or aides, ensuring individualized attention and quality care. Additionally, you will benefit from mentorship by a fellowship-trained therapist in a formal mentorship program, offering continuous skill development and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy for orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to promote faster recovery and pain management.
- Treat one patient per hour with no techs or aides involved, ensuring focused, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in a formal mentorship program with guidance from a fellowship-trained therapist.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required).
- Active Physical Therapy license in Nevada (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
