Full-time Floater Physical Therapist in Nellis Afb, Nevada

We are seeking a flexible and experienced Floater Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations, providing personalized, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

  • Travel between multiple outpatient clinic locations in Henderson as needed.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to promote recovery.
  • Treat one patient per hour without the use of techs or aides, ensuring focused, high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinic teams to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in a structured mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist for professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Nevada (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
