Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Lacey, Washington – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

Our orthopedic outpatient clinic is looking to hire a results-oriented Physical Therapist. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment, including a mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist to foster professional growth and skill enhancement.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, mobility, and functional independence.
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions without techs or aides to ensure quality care.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in our formal mentorship program, guided by a fellowship-trained therapist.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Washington State (required).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
