Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Location: Lacey, Washington – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
Our orthopedic outpatient clinic is looking to hire a results-oriented Physical Therapist. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment, including a mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist to foster professional growth and skill enhancement.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based techniques.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, mobility, and functional independence.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions without techs or aides to ensure quality care.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in our formal mentorship program, guided by a fellowship-trained therapist.
Qualifications:
- Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in Washington State (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
