Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | San Bernardino, California
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 + benefits

Your Impact:
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will:
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional recovery.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities (e.g., ultrasound, e-stim) to treat orthopedic conditions.
- Educate patients on preventative care and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Physical Therapist license in California.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
- 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates with relevant clinical experience are welcome).
- Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
