Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 + benefits

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will:

• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional recovery.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities (e.g., ultrasound, e-stim) to treat orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients on preventative care and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist license in California.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates with relevant clinical experience are welcome).
• Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
