Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Totowa, New Jersey

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional orthopedic care to help patients recover, regain mobility, and enhance their quality of life. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to support recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in line with HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred (new graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
