Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Office (SNF) in Frisco, Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Texas. You will work with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and chronic orthopedic conditions, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall physical function.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical impairments and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
  • Guide patients through balance, strength, and flexibility training tailored to their recovery goals.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and home exercise programs.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
  • Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred (new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
