Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Key Duties:

• Treat 1–2 patients per hour in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Design and implement customized rehab plans
• Keep accurate documentation using an EMR system
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical skills and an ability to adjust treatment plans effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient engagement
